Section I. General provisions

Article 1. Associations of local government bodies and their voluntary associations

5) independence in determination of the directions of the activities;

Article 3. Status of associations

1. Associations are created with the All-Ukrainian and local status.

2. The associations combining more than a half of local government bodies of the appropriate territorial levels are All-Ukrainian.
