The agency on market development of securities and specialized registrar of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan (further authorized body) establishes form, contents and frequency of submission by issuers of the state reporting on the quantitative and high-quality list of owners of securities of the issuer according to the enclosed form (Form No. 2 - joint stock company - information on the quantitative and high-quality list of owners of securities of the issuer).
