3. "Barka Tochik" till October, 2009 to provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas and Open joint-stock holding company 241 thousand needy families with energy saving lamps.
4. Oblige the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan and Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan specific proposals on step-by-step restriction of import of regular lamps.
5. Internal and external investments to provide to the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan and the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan during 2009-2011 with attraction construction and commissioning of two companies for production of energy saving lamps.
