About approval of the Procedure for calculation of buyback price of the real estate withdrawn for the state needs

For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 26, 2007 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 7, 2007 No. 506-IIIGD "About modification and amendments in the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 689:

1. Approve "The procedure for calculation of buyback price of the real estate withdrawn for the state needs" (is applied).

2. Charge to the State Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on management of state-owned property within 15 days according to Items 2.4 and 2.7 of the Procedure approved by Item 1 of this resolution:

2.1. prepare and provide to the competent organizations of the Recommendation about calculation of possible expenses for withdrawal of real estate;

2.2. in case of approval of the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Azerbaijan Republic to establish and provide to the competent organizations the minimum requirements (criteria) to qualification indicators of the Appraiser participating in procedure of purchase and sale.

3. Charge to the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic, to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Azerbaijan Republic and the State Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on management of state-owned property to resolve the issues following from this Resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
