Establish procedure according to which since June 2, 2009 the total cost of the import consumer goods which are one-timely imported into the Republic of Uzbekistan by physical persons for private use from the adjacent states, not subject to taxation by customs payments constitutes 10 US dollars.

Take into consideration that according to the current legislation action of regulations of duty-free importation of goods does not extend to the physical persons delivering the goods intended for business activity.

To provide to the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan strict observance of established procedure of import to the territory of the republic of goods by physical persons.

2. To the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in week time to bring departmental regulations into accord with this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyaev.
