About introduction of temporary protective measures for import of some types of confectionery

According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 1998 "About measures of protection of the domestic market in case of commodity import" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Enter temporary protective measures for import of some types of confectionery in the amount of 28 percent from customs value, but 0, suffice 3 euros for 1 kilogram for up to September 20, 2009 according to appendix to this resolution.

2. To the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring the temporary protective measures specified in Item 1 of this resolution on the deposit, levied over effective rate of customs duty.

3. To committee of trade of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify in accordance with the established procedure Integration committee of Eurasian economic community and Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on introduction of temporary protective measures by the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
