About gas (methane) of coal fields
This Law determines the legal, economic, ecological and organizational principles of activities in the field of geological studying of gas (methane) of coal fields, including trial development, production and its withdrawal during decontamination and further use as material and / go energy resource.
In this Law the following terms are used in such value:
gas production (methane) of coal fields - economic activity which includes complex of the technical actions directed to withdrawal of gas (methane) of coal fields from coal layers, the containing breeds and underground cavities of the operating mines and those which prepare for operation, and coal fields which industrial development was not performed, irrespective of their further use, and also the fulfilled coal fields if the withdrawn gas (methane) intends for further use as material and/or energy resource;
coal layer - single natural accumulation in subsoil of fossil coal - solid combustible mineral of sedimentary origin;
the coal field - natural accumulation of coal layers and the containing breeds;
gas (methane) of coal fields - gas mix which accompanies coal layers and the containing breeds;
economic activity on geological studying, gas production (methane) of coal fields - geological studying, including trial development, and industrial development of the coal field for the purpose of withdrawal of gas (methane) of coal fields from it for further use;
economic activity on use of gas (methane) of coal fields - production electric, thermal and/or other types of energy if gas (methane) of coal fields is the main energy carrier, and also when using gas (methane) of coal fields as the main technological raw materials;
decontamination - set of the actions directed to forced withdrawal of gas (methane) from coal layers, the containing breeds and underground cavities;
