About the State program of collection (procurement) and conversion of secondary raw materials in the Republic of Belarus for 2009-2015

For the purpose of growth in volumes of collection (procurement) of secondary raw materials and satisfaction of the needs for it of the overworking organizations of the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed State program of collection (procurement) and conversion of secondary raw materials in the Republic of Belarus for 2009-2015 * (further - the State program).

2. Determine the state customers of the State program the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities, the Ministry of Architecture, the Industry ministry, the Belarusian production and trade concern forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry, the Belarusian republican union of consumer societies, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom.

3. The state customers within the competence:

annually develop comprehensive plans on implementation of actions of the State program with indication of contractors and terms of accomplishment;

make in need of change and additions to the territorial and industry programs concerning collection (procurement) and conversion of secondary raw materials;

develop if necessary and send to the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the offer on modification of the State program;

coordinate activities of the corresponding contractors of actions of the State program;

exercise control of target use of the funds allocated for implementation of the State program;

annually till February 10 submit the report on the course of accomplishment of the State program in the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities.

4. Assign functions of coordinators of the State program to the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection within their competence.
