2. To committee on precious metals and gemstones under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in two-month time to approve regulations on features of implementation of lombard transactions with precious metals and gemstones.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of BSSR of April 12, 1988 N 91 "About approval of the Standard charter of pawnshop" (SZ BSSR, 1988, N 12, the Art. 209).
