About measures for state registration of the real estate units which are in state-owned property
For the purpose of enhancement of accounting of the real estate units which are in state-owned property, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that the state organizations which have capital structures (buildings, constructions) the incomplete preserved capital structures and the isolated rooms are under economic authority or operational management including concerning which in the state organizations performing registration (accounting) of real estate till May 8, 2003 there is no information necessary for institution of registration case and entering of records into the registration book, shall receive till January 1, 2014 in accordance with the established procedure the relevant documents on state registration of such property, and also it is right, restrictions (encumbrances) of the rights to it if other is not provided by legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.
2. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom:
approve schedules of step-by-step carrying out state registration of the property specified in Item 1 of this resolution and also it is right, restrictions (encumbrances) of the rights to it;
annually till February 1 to inform the State committee on property on the work on accomplishment of this resolution done in the expired year.
3. To provide to the state committee on property state registration of the property specified in Item 1 of this resolution and also it is right, restrictions (encumbrances) of the rights to it and annually till March 1 to inform Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on the course of its carrying out.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
