About some measures for enhancement of state regulation of export of separate types of the goods made in the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of state regulation of export of separate types of the goods made in the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine the approximate list of types of the goods made in the Republic of Belarus exported by subjects of managing irrespective of patterns of ownership (including goods for goods exchange transactions) on which bases the Ministry of Economics establishes marginal minimum prices of these goods in deeper classification by the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union, according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Economics on representation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Industry ministry, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Ministry of forestry, the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry, the Belarusian production and trade concern forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry, proceeding from this resolution of the approximate list specified in Item 1 to determine specific types of the goods made in the Republic of Belarus exported by subjects of managing irrespective of patterns of ownership (including goods for goods exchange transactions) on which marginal minimum prices are established and to approve till August 25, 1998 the prices of them taking into account the developing cost of these goods in the internal and external markets.
