About approval of samples of the stamp certificates granted by bodies of civil registration, and samples of the certificates granted in case of registration (re-registration) of legal entities, their branches and representations
For the purpose of reduction of documents of the strict reporting and the materials equated to them in compliance with the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and the state symbolics, and also for enhancement of control and accounting of stamp certificates, prevention of their counterfeit the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve enclosed:
- samples of certificates on state registration of legal entities, state re-registration of legal entities, accounting registration of branches of legal entities, accounting re-registration of branches of legal entities, accounting registration of representations of legal entities, accounting re-registration of representations of legal entities.
2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to make above-mentioned forms of certificates.
3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to issue to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic permission to production of documents of the strict reporting.
4. Determine that expenses on production of forms of stamp registration certificates of acts of civil status and certificates on state registration (re-registration) of legal entities, their branches and representations become covered due to collection from citizens, legal entities, their branches and representations of cost of the corresponding forms issued according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
