About essential conditions and procedure for permission of disagreements about the right of the conclusion of agreements concerning the objects of electric grid economy entering single national (all-Russian) power network

1. Approve enclosed:

the list of essential conditions of agreements on procedure for use by the organization for management of single national (all-Russian) power network of the objects of electric grid economy belonging to other owners or other legal owners and entering single national (all-Russian) power network;

Rules of permission of disagreements about the right of the conclusion of service provision agreements on transfer of electrical energy with use of the objects of electric grid economy belonging to other owners or other legal owners and entering single national (all-Russian) power network;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning rendering services in transfer of electrical energy with use of the objects of electric grid economy entering single national (all-Russian) power network.

2. Determine that the organization for management of single national (all-Russian) power network (further - the organization) concludes with the owner of object of the electric grid economy entering single national (all-Russian) power network (further - object), the agreement on procedure for use of object providing the right of the specified owner independently to sign service provision agreements on transfer of electrical energy with use of object, in the following cases:
