2. Determine that:
the newspaper "Exchange" extends on all territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan with a circulation at least 1000 copies and provides the publication of data on insolvency on weekly basis. Texts of data on insolvency are published in state language and can be duplicated in other languages;
the newspaper "Exchange" performs the publication of data on insolvency within three days after obtaining them from interested persons and payment for the publication in full;
placement of data on insolvency on the website of the newspaper "Exchange" on the Internet without collection of additional fare, and also free access to the data posted on the website is provided;
the data on insolvency published by the judicial managing director are placed on the separate page of the official website of the Agency through personal office with assurance by the digital signature. Data are placed on this page on free basis.
