According to the Law of Ukraine "About fire safety", the Regulations on the State fire protection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 26, 1994 N 508, and for the purpose of enhancement of normative legal support in the field of fire safety I ORDER:
1. Approve Rules of ensuring fire safety of objects of mobile (mobile) communication and bezprovodovy access which are attached.
2. To State department of fire safety (Ulinets E. M.) and (Sukhomlin O. M.) to submit to Legal support division this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice in accordance with the established procedure.
3. To chiefs of head departments (managements) of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to organize studying of Rules of ensuring fire safety of objects of mobile (mobile) communication and bezprovodovy access by staff of subordinate divisions.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Tretyakov V. M.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official promulgation.
