1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining the register of agreements of pledge of own property, the guarantee (guarantee) and other obligations of the insurance (reinsurance) organization which are not reflected in balance, and registration of the cooperation agreements signed by the insurance (reinsurance) organization and to enact them and this resolution after fourteen days from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To department of insurance supervision (Kurmanov Zh.):
1) together with Legal department (Sharipov S. B.) to take measures to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution and Rules of maintaining the register of agreements of pledge of own property, guarantee (guarantee) and other obligations of the insurance (reinsurance) organization which are not reflected in balance, and registration of the cooperation agreements signed by the insurance (reinsurance) organization;
