For the purpose of effective use of sports constructions, ensuring due control of observance of regulations of handling capacity, evacuation, public order and safety of participants and audience, I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules on ensuring public order and safety, and also evacuation, the notification of participants and audience when holding mass sporting events.
2. To committee on cases of sport of the Ministry of Culture, information and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to carry out state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Committee on cases of sport of the Ministry of Culture, information and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan Turlykhanov D. B.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
