About additional measures of social protection of the population
For the purpose of strengthening of social protection of the population:
1. Determine that:
1.1. the unemployed citizens who are founders (participants) of joint-stock companies are not among busy citizens according to the legislation on employment and can be registered as the unemployed;
1.2. with citizens during their stay on the leave non-paid granted at the initiative of the employer by the bodies for work, employment and social protection directed (at will) on paid social jobs to the employers financed from means republican or local budgets or on the paid social jobs organized on the objects financed from the specified sources sign civil agreements and payment of remunerations for such agreements is performed from the fund of social protection of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection aimed at employment of the population.
2. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
