About approval of Rules of certification of the non-state expert organization on conducting examination of the project documentation for construction of facilities of the real estate

For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal base regulating activities in the field of conducting non-state examination of the project documentation for construction of facilities of the real estate, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Determine authorized body by certification of the organizations on conducting non-state examination of the project documentation for construction of facilities of the real estate the State agency on architecture and construction under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve the enclosed Rules of certification of the non-state expert organization on conducting examination of the project documentation for construction of facilities of the real estate.

3. To the state agency on architecture and construction under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the measures following from this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of construction, transport and communications of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
