decides:

1. Approve the Provision "About Procedure for Conducting Checks of Subjects of Entrepreneurship by Bodies of Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Provision "About Procedure for Conducting Check of the Payer on Completeness, Correctness and Timeliness of Entering of Insurance Premiums into Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 21, 2008 No. 60.

3. To send to management of the income this resolution for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To department of interaction with the population, state bodies and addresses of pensioners, mass media of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- publish this resolution of Board of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic in mass media after registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- notify in writing the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic after publication of this resolution of Board of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic in mass media;

- this resolution becomes effective after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and not earlier than 15 days from the moment of official publication.
