About chemicalixation and protection of plants
Accepted by General Court of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on December 29, 1998
This Law determines general legal, economic, ecological, social and organizational basis of chemicalixation and protection of plants for the benefit of public health care, animals, the environment, the prevention or mitigation of consequences of pollution of the soil, vegetable and animal products.
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
agrochemicals - fertilizers, the feed additives, chemical ameliorants of soils, preservatives of forages used in practice for increase in fertility of soils and productivity of crops, product quality, and also chemical reactants for carrying out agrochemical analyses, production and chemical control of processes of conversion and conservation of agricultural products and natural raw materials, pesticides, growth substances and fertilizers;
agrochemical service - network of the production enterprises and research, technological organizations performing agrochemical servicing of agricultural industry;
agrochemical servicing of agricultural industry - system on development and deployment in agricultural production of scientifically based recommendations about rational use of means of chemicalixation in crop production and livestock production;
biological medicine for protection of plants - medicine in which the operating beginning is the microorganism or product of its life activity;
disease of plants - violation of normal metabolism of cages, bodies and the whole plant under the influence of phytopathogene or adverse conditions of the circle;
substances pollutants - the substances getting to the biosphere in the course of activities of the person, the defiant changes of the environment exceeding the established standard rates of harmful effects and creating health hazard of the person, to condition vegetable, fauna, to soils, atmospheric air and waters;
the wrecker of plants - the animal type capable to cause damages to plants from which it is economically reasonable to prevent damage;
