2. NPAO "Masandra" belongs to the sphere of management of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Separate powers concerning management of NPAO "Masandra" and the companies which are its part can be delegated in the procedure established by the law to the central executive body.
3. NPAO "Masandra" is created based on the Main plant of Masandra vintage wines.
4. NPAO "Masandra" is based for the purpose of coordination production, scientific, commercial and other types of activity for permission of general economic and social tasks of the state companies which are part of consolidation.
