Approve the Nation-wide target economic program of carrying out monitoring of remaining balance of veterinary medicines and pollutants in live animals, animal products and sterns, and also in the foodstuff under control to veterinary service, for 2010-2015 (further - the Program) which is applied.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
The paragraph two is excluded according to the Law of Ukraine of 17.05.2012 No. 4731-VI
during preparation of the bill on the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year to provide expenses for financing of the actions determined in the Program.
3. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
