2. Exempt from payment:

customs payments (except for charges for customs clearance) - NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari for the delivered two A-300-600R airplanes and spare parts to them as the flight first-aid kit;

the income tax of legal entities - Korean Eyre airline according to income gained within tenancy agreements of two A-300-600R airplanes.

3. According to the procedure of exception to provide to the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan customs clearance of two A-300-600R airplanes in the "temporary import" mode for a period of five years.
