1. Approve the enclosed Package of measures for enhancement of tariff policy in spheres of natural monopolies (further - the Package of measures).

2. To the central state bodies:

1) to take measures for realization of the Package of measures;

2) following the results of half-year and year, no later than the 10th following the accounting period annually to represent information on the course of realization of the Package of measures to Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies.

3. To agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies following the results of half-year and year, no later than the 15th following the accounting period annually to provide in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the course of realization of the Package of measures.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
