Questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2006 "About structure of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 289

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1590 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 106, 5/9344; 2003, No. 83, 5/12806; No. 142, 5/13524; 2004, No. 137, 5/14722), following changes and amendments:

1.1. to state subitem 3.1 of Item 3 in the following edition:

"3.1. carrying out single state policy in the field of agricultural production, regulation and coordination of activities of republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs in this sphere";

in item 4:

state subitem 4.17 in the following edition:

"4.17. carries out single state, including scientific and technical, policy in the field of fishing activities;";
