1. Establish rates of the excise tax on the separate goods made in the Republic of Tajikistan and imported on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan according to appendix.
2. Enact this resolution since May 1, 2005.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Secretariat of Integration committee of Eurasian economic community on adoption of this resolution.
4. Declare invalid since May 1, 2005 the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 31, 2003 No. 153 "About establishment of rates of the excise tax on the separate goods made in the Republic of Tajikistan and imported on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan".
