About questions of Management of acts of civil status of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan

1) to Approve the Provision, Structure of central office, the Scheme of management of Management of acts of civil status of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan (the appendices 1,2,3).

2) to Establish the total number of employees of Management of acts of civil status of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 175 units (without service personnel), including 12 established posts of central office.

To Reduce 3) the number of employees of the servicing technicians of Management of acts of civil status of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 9 units.

4) Financing of central office and the bodies mentioned in the Scheme of management of Management of acts of civil status of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan is performed at the expense of means of the government budget and other means in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

To Declare 5) invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Tajik SSR of January 7, 1974 No. 4 "About approval of the Regulations on management of acts of civil status under the Ministry of Justice of the Tajik SSR and about bureau (department) of civil registration of executive committee of regional, city council of deputies of workers".
