About prolongation of effective period of the passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 1994

For the purpose of ensuring interests of protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Extend the validity of the passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 1994 for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- to 60-year age - till December 31, 2011 inclusive;

- aged from 60 years is also more senior - it is termless.

2. Determine that:

- the passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 1994 with the expired effective period except for spoiled (chemical, mechanical and other damages) is subject to prolongation;

- prolongation of effective period of the passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 1994 is performed by authorized bodies free of charge, at the request of the citizen, according to the submitted application;

- since January 1, 2012 passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 1994 which validity is extended according to Item 1 of this resolution are invalid for departure out of limits of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic with not expired effective period.

3. Under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to create to the public registration service necessary conditions and to organize effective servicing of the citizens petitioning in prolongation of effective period of the passport of sample of 1994.

4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to notify the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States on prolongation of effective period of the passport of the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic of sample of 1994 till December 31, 2011.
