1. Approve the enclosed Inventory which cannot be placed under customs regime of duty-free trade.

2. Enact this resolution since June 1, 2009.

The inventory which cannot be placed under customs regime of duty-free trade

1. The goods which are not intended for private use or consumption by physical persons.

2. Heavyweight goods (weight more than 20 kg).

3. Bulky goods (in case of the amount of the sizes on length, width and height more than 200 cm).

4. The goods intended for realization in the primary packages intended for retail sale if such goods are not packed in a specified way to their room under customs regime of duty-free trade (the goods requiring packing, packaging or weighing).

5. The domestic goods assessed by export customs duties.

6. The goods prohibited to import to the Republic of Tajikistan and to export from the Republic of Tajikistan.

7. The goods prohibited to turnover in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.

8. Goods which export and import is performed according to decisions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

9. The printed and graphic materials directed to blasting the political and social order, propagandizing war, terrorism, violence, religious extremism, racism, and also materials of pornographic content.
