Based on the Art. 11, 26 Laws No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 on National Bank of Moldova (The official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 56-57, the Art. 624), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of reports on average interest rates on the credits and the attracted deposits of banks it (is applied).
2. Repeal the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 124 of November 28, 1997 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, No. 1, the Art. 3), with subsequent changes and amendments, about approval of Regulations about procedure for creation and submission of reports on average interest rates on the credits and the attracted deposits of banks.
3. Repeal the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 127 of May 28, 2009 about change and amendment of Regulations about procedure for creation and submission of reports on average interest rates on the credits and the attracted deposits of banks.
4. The first report according to requests of this resolution shall be executed for July 31, 2009.
