Kolesnikov) to bring into accord with the enclosed Requirements to the signature key certificate and the certificate revocation list the available regulating documents of FNS of Russia regulating activities of the certification centers entering into Network of confidential certification centers FNS of Russia.
4. Federal State Unitary Enterprise GNIVTS FNS of Russia (I. N. Zadvornov):
finish the software for reduction in compliance with the enclosed Requirements to the signature key certificate and the certificate revocation list;
provide execution of Requirements to the signature key certificate and the certificate revocation list within Network of confidential certification centers FNS of Russia;
register in accordance with the established procedure INN attribute in the list of object identifiers (OID) according to Item 7.2 of the enclosed Requirements to the signature key certificate and the certificate revocation list.
5. To provide to heads of the Departments of FNS of Russia for subjects of the Russian Federation no later than three working days from the date of the publication of this order bringing to all participants of information exchange in electronic form on telecommunication channels information on commissioning of Requirements to the signature key certificate and the certificate revocation list.
6. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of the Federal Tax Service N. E. Melnikov.
