About approval of the Procedure for receipt of information by Gosfinmonitoring from subjects of housekeeping

According to Articles 13, 14 Laws of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way", and also Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee of the financial monitoring of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 31.01.2007 of N 100, and for the purpose of streamlining of the procedure of receipt of financial monitoring of Ukraine by the State committee from subjects of housekeeping of information necessary for accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it, ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for receipt of financial monitoring of Ukraine by the State committee of information from subjects of housekeeping it (is applied).

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

3. To legal management (Komashko V. V.), Department of interaction and methodical providing system of financial monitoring (Podkorytov A. S.) and jointly to provide to Department of analytical work (I.P.'s Tverdokhleb) provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine to the Club S. M.
