1. This Law according to the Convention of the United Nations against corruption, the Criminal convention on fight against corruption and the Law of Ukraine "About bases of prevention and anti-corruption" establishes responsibility of legal entities for making by their authorized persons of corruption offenses, and also determines procedure for attraction them to responsibility.
2. Operation of this Law does not extend to legal entities of the public law who completely contain at the expense of state or local budgets, and also the international organizations.

The legal entity bears the responsibility established by this Law for making from his name and in its interests the head of such legal entity, his founder, the participant or other authorized person independently or in partnership any of crimes, stipulated in Article 209, part one or the second Articles 235-4, 235-5, Articles 258-5, 364, of 365, of 368, 369 and 376 Criminal codes of Ukraine.
1. Such types of penalties can be put on legal entities by court:
1) penalty;
2) prohibition to be engaged in certain type of activity;
3) confiscation of property;
4) liquidation of the legal entity.
