The government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
in view of provisions of the Agreement on the Customs union of January 20, 1995 and the Agreement on creation of single customs area and forming of custom union of October 6, 2007,
aiming at the fastest completion of process of forming of custom union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation within Eurasian economic community on the conditions which are equitable to economic interests of the Parties
recognizing need of coordination of processes of the entry of the Parties into the World Trade Organization (WTO) and informing on results of negotiation process,
recognizing that the possible accession of one of the Parties to the WTO before enforcement of the Common customs tariff of custom union will demand additional consultations on its adjustment,
The parties confirm that forming of custom union is for them priority.
Everyone is signed in the city of Astana on May 21, 2009 in duplicate, in the Russian and Kazakh languages.
