The government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
considering friendship between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation,
agreed as follows:
The Russian side will transfer to the possession to the Republic of Belarus the parcels of land located in the territory of the Russian Federation in the settlement of Krasnaya Polyana of Adlersky District of Krasnodar Krai, the total area of 16,32 of hectare.
The list of the parcels of land is determined according to the procedure, stipulated in Clause the 7th this agreement.
The Belarusian Side will transfer to the possession of the Russian Federation the parcels of land located in the territory of the Republic of Belarus in Minsk and the Minsk region, the total area of 16,32 of hectare.
