Promote development of public-private partnership by adjustment and maintenance of permanent dialogue in the field of road transport between state bodies, associations of haulers and transport organizations of state members GUAM by achievement of coordination of actions of state bodies in the field of road transport, Customs, border and consular Services, the transport operators represented to IRU, and the international organizations in the field of regulation of road transportations in state members GUAM.
Promote development of the transport legislation of state members GUAM by means of application of key international conventions and agreements of UNECE. Adjust information exchange between state members GUAM concerning changes in the legislation and bylaws in the field of customs and boundary rules, consular and visa requirements, construction and operation of highways, etc.
Messages continuous work on elimination of administrative barriers on motor transport by the organization of joint surveys and preparation of the analytical reports containing their comprehensive analysis and general recommendations about their effective elimination.
