wishing to deepen and develop the benevolent relations between the states,

remaining convinced concerning importance of role of judicial authorities of life of society,

noting that knowledge sharing and experience in the legal sphere, in the field of the legislation, the organization and functioning of degrees of jurisdiction is equitable to interests of both Contracting Parties,

in view of the international obligations, the national legal system and powers of both Contracting Parties, agreed about the following:

Article 1

Contracting parties will perform cooperation and to promote experience exchange in the following directions:

legal information;

organization of work of central offices of the Ministries of Justice, judicial authorities;

advanced training of workers of justice;

rule-making activities;

development of concepts of development and enhancement of the legislation;

in other directions if they answer the purposes and tasks of Contracting Parties.

Article 2

For the purpose of realization of the intentions of cooperation stated in this agreement, Contracting Parties will develop the periodic and permanent programs of cooperation aimed at providing different forms of scientific and managerial dialogue in the field of justice.

Article 3

In case of need, for the purpose of the solution of questions of cooperation, preparation of programs of cooperation and summing up accomplishment of programs, Contracting Parties will create expert and working groups.

Article 4

Contracting parties will create conditions for direct connections and experience exchange between judicial authorities of both countries.
