for the purpose of increase in efficiency of customs control over the goods which are exported from the territory of the state of one Party and imported on the territory of the state of other Party
agreed as follows:
The parties apply the Regulations on the organization of exchange of information on movement of goods attached to the this Protocol and being its integral part in case of mutual trade between the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic and their customs clearance (daleepolozheniye).
The parties take measures for detection of discrepancy or unauthenticity of data on the moved goods received as a result of information exchange and mutually inform each other on the elicited facts.
In case of origin between the Parties of disputes and disagreements in case of interpretation or application of provisions of the this Protocol of the Party resolve them by carrying out consultations and negotiations.
In case of need by mutual consent of the Parties in the this Protocol changes which are drawn up by separate protocols can be made.
