agreed as follows:

Article 1

The concepts used in this agreement mean the following:

"frontier" - Republic frontier South Ossetia with Georgia;

"Border management" - the division of authority of the Russian Side performing the activities in the territory of the Republic South Ossetia based on this agreement;

"military personnel of Border management" - the military personnel of authority of the Russian Side passing military service in Border management and also the military personnel sent by authority of the Russian Side to official journey on the Republic territory South Ossetia;
