About approval of the Operating procedure of the tax posts established at the companies of the subjects of business activity using ethyl alcohol for production of medicines

According to article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About excise duty rates on ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages", item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2009 N 242 "Some questions of use of ethyl alcohol for production of medicines" and for the purpose of strengthening of control of target use of alcohol, completeness and timeliness of receipts in the budget of the excise duty I ORDER:

1. Create tax posts at the companies of the subjects of business activity using ethyl alcohol for production of medicines (including components of blood and the medicines made of them), except medicines in the form of balms and elixirs (further - the companies - producers of medicines), and receiving ethyl alcohol within the quotas established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Approve the Operating procedure of the tax posts established at the companies of the subjects of business activity using ethyl alcohol for production of medicines which is applied.

3. To heads of State Tax Administrations in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol:

3.1. Increase, in case of need, the number of staff of the state tax authorities in which on accounting there are companies - producers of medicines, within the number of staff of regional bodies of the State Tax Service, approved by the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 04.09.2008 N 566.
