Article 1. This Federal Law determines procedure at the expense of means of the federal budget:

1) the redemption of the checks "Harvest-90" issued according to the resolution of Council of Ministers of RSFSR of July 26, 1990 N 259 "About urgent measures for increase in purchases of agricultural products of harvest of 1990 and ensuring its safety";

2) payments to the deliverers of agricultural products of harvest of 1991 who performed grain sale, маслосемян, potatoes and vegetables to the state on the conditions provided by the resolution of Council of Ministers of RSFSR of July 17, 1991 N 403 "About measures for implementation of the order of the Chairman of the Supreme Council of RSFSR and the Chairman of the board of Ministers of RSFSR of July 8, 1991 N 1554-I "About additional measures for forming of the state grain and other food resources in 1991" for not made counter sales of goods of national consumption (further - payments to deliverers of agricultural products of harvest of 1991).

Article 2. 1. The redemption of the checks "Harvest-90" having seal of the company (organization) or bank, which issued them is made in case of their presentation at the rate of the amount specified on the check, reduced by 1 000 times.

2. Payments to deliverers of agricultural products of harvest of 1991 are made in case of presentation of the certificate of sale of grain to the state, маслосемян over food tax, potatoes and vegetables over the state order, the procurement organization certified in 1991 and body of the state statistics, from calculation:

1) 0, 4 rubles for 1 ton of the grain sold to the state;

2) 0, the 8th ruble for 1 ton sold to the state маслосемян;

3) 1, 0 rubles for 1 ton of potatoes sold to the state;

4) 1, 2 rubles for 1 ton of the vegetables sold to the state.
