Approve the enclosed Regulations on stay of the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are subject to transfer according to international treaties of the Russian Federation on readmission, the foreign citizens and stateless persons accepted according to international treaties of the Russian Federation on readmission, but who do not have legal causes for stay (residence) in the Russian Federation, in special facilities of the Federal Migration Service.
2. Accomplishment of the actions provided by the Provision approved by this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided to the Federal Migration Service in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year on content of the foreign citizens who are subject to transfer according to international treaties of the Russian Federation on readmission, the foreign citizens accepted according to international treaties of the Russian Federation on readmission, but who do not have legal causes for stay (residence) in the Russian Federation.
