agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will make mutual exchange (transfer) of the land, gravimetric materials and materials of space shootings relating to the territories of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Moldova which are available as of January 1, 1992 (further materials). The specific procedure for exchange (transfer) of materials is approved by the public geodetic services of the Parties in a month from the date of the signature of this agreement.

Article 2

Mutual exchange (transfer) of materials is performed between the Federal Service of geodesy and cartography of Russia and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation from the Russian Side and the National agency on geodesy, cartography and the inventory of the Republic of Moldova and General staff of National Army of the Republic of Moldova from the Moldavian Side.

Article 3

Materials of equalization of astronomo-geodetic network and leveling network 1 and 2 of classes will be transferred step by step, in process of performance of works. Results of equalization are transferred within six months after completion of works.

Article 4

In cases when the transferred materials on their territorial accessory are general for other State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States, from publishing originals of topographic maps and plans, originals negatives of aerial photography and space shooting duplicates of these materials for transfer to other Party will be made according to the mutual arrangement.

Article 5

1. Exchange (transfer) of all materials will be performed on a grant basis.

2. Duplicates of the materials specified in Article 4 of this agreement are made for a fee.
