agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will build the relations in the field of radio and television according to the commonly accepted regulations and the principles of international law and the legislation of each of the Parties.

Article 2

The parties will develop cooperation on creation of favorable legal, organizational and economic conditions for ensuring broadcastings and distribution of programs of the Russian telebroadcasting organizations in the territory of the Republic of Moldova for the purpose of satisfaction of cultural and information needs of citizens, further strengthening of traditional ties between two countries.
