being guided by economic interests of both Parties, considering mutual interest in providing security guarantee and quality of mutually delivered goods for life and health of the person, environmental protection,
recognizing need of carrying out the coordinated works on certification of products, works, services and quality systems,
based on the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on the cooperation in the field of standardization, metrology and certification signed on May 24, 1997 in the city of Tashkent
agreed as follows:
The parties mutually recognize the operating national systems of certification of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Moldova, fundamental organizational and methodical documents of national systems of certification, test laboratories accredited within these systems and results of their activities according to the "Procedure for recognition of results of works on certification" accepted at the 4th meeting of Interstate Council for standardization, metrology and certification in the city of Chisinau on October 20, 1993.
Action of this agreement extends to mutually delivered goods which according to legislations of the states Parties is subject to obligatory certification in national systems of certification of these Parties.
