considering mutual interest in preserving, use and development of experimental and test and welfare potential and infrastructure 4 State central trans-species polygons (further - 4 GTsMP),
proceeding from need of contractual settlement of the rights and obligations of the Lessee and the Lessor in case of lease and operation of the objects and fighting fields 4 GTsMP located in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (which are hereinafter referred to as by the Polygon), taking into account interests of the Parties,
agreed as follows:
Subject of this agreement are the relations between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan connected with use of the parcels of land and, under lease, personal and real estate of the Republic of Kazakhstan provided to the Russian Federation.
The parties for the purpose of implementation of this agreement after its signing will create in a month authorized bodies.
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on behalf of the bodies authorized by it in two-month time from the date of the signature of this agreement will lease the Polygon to the Government of the Russian Federation on behalf of the bodies authorized by it.
