attaching importance to development of cooperation in the field of rendering legal assistance on civil, family and criminal cases,
the leading mutual desire to strengthen friendly relations between the people of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Georgia and in development of the Contract between the Republic of Uzbekistan and Georgia about friendship and cooperation,
agreed as follows:
1. Citizens of each of the Parties, and also persons living in its territory use in the territory of other Party concerning the personal and property rights the same legal protection, as well as citizens of this Party.
2. Citizens of each of the Parties, and also other persons living have the right freely and freely to turn to the courts, prosecutor's office, notary offices (further the referred to as "organizations of justice") to its territories and in other organizations of other Party within which competence civil, family and criminal cases are, can act in them, initiate petitions, make claims and perform other legal proceedings on the same conditions, as well as own citizens.
3. Provisions of this agreement are applied as well to the legal entities created according to the legislation of the Parties.
1. Organizations of justice of the Parties give mutually legal assistance on civil, family and criminal cases according to provisions of this agreement.
2. Organizations of justice give legal assistance and to other organizations within which competence the cases specified in Item 1 of this Article are.
3. Provisions of Items 1 and 2 of this Article extend to the labor cases subordinated to courts.
