in view of need of activation of experience exchange, scientific achievements, enhancement and harmonization of the national legal system of state members of Community and the solution of other significant questions for the purpose of deepening of integration processes in the field of civil registration in the territory of state members of Eurasian economic community (далееЕврАзЭС),

considering that strengthening of mutually beneficial cooperation answers tasks of the Parties on further increase in efficiency of provision of high-quality state services by bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE to physical persons and legal entities,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties within the competence perform cooperation in the field of civil registration on the basis of legislations and international treaties of state members of EurAsEC, and also this agreement.

Article 2

The parties perform cooperation in the following directions:

1) development of the measures directed to forming and realization of the approved legal policy and rapprochement of normative legal regulation in the field of civil registration;

2) providing the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and the states in case of civil registration;
