According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 2, 2009 N 327 "About approval of the Procedure for use in 2009 of means of Stabilization fund for implementation of investment and innovative projects for energy saving in housing and communal services" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for competitive selection of investment and innovative projects on energy saving in housing and communal services which is applied.

2. To management of financing and economic analysis (Vashchuk M. M.) and to Legal management (Krylova I. I.) provide in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective in 10 days after state registration.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister R.M.Kramarenko.

Procedure for competitive selection of investment and innovative projects on energy saving in housing and communal services

1. This Procedure determines the carrying out mechanism on the competitive beginnings of selection of investment and innovative projects by energy saving in housing and communal services which are financed in 2009 by means of Stabilization fund according to item 4 of part one of article 76 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2009".

2. Investment and innovative projects on energy saving in housing and communal services (further - Projects) shall be directed in such directions:
